Why is it so difficult to secure a contract in the building industry?
In my opinion, we have an extremely good product. It ensures a quicker and more effective way of building. There is no mess on site. Less stress in terms of labour. No heavy plant equipment needed on site. The time frame in which to build a complete building with finishings is almost halved. And yet, we struggle to secure that elusive contract!
